I have had a message informing me about the Power use Subscription. Am I correct in thinking this is an additional service.I do not have a large or very large account and do not require it

A power user subscription is required for any account that falls into the L or XL category, based on nominal codes created within the last 12 months.
I can see you’ve deferred the subscription already which will give you a few more days worth of access. In this time, I’d recommend taking a look at these articles which explains this in more detail:
