Prevent Users Using Certain Nominal Codes

Hi,

Is is possible to lock/block certain nominal codes (categories) so that only certain users can post to them.

For example, if someone is posting supplier invoices, can the system be set up so that they can’t post these to fixed assets?

Try Privileges under team management for that particular user

It’s not something we support. You can set privileges for different users but it’s not that granular.
