Do you mean the inventory list (to help with invoice creation)? If so, if you have 50 or less items you can select them on the inventory page itself and click Export Data at the top.
If you have more than 50, you can either do the above page by page, or you may find it easier to run an account backup. There’s a guide on how to do this, here: Create a data backup schedule
