I am sorry to post this publicly however as you don’t offer a support system that isn’t on this forum then I am left with little other option.
I reviewed our fees this year and saw that they have gone up which is fine. however I have worked out that is is considerably cheaper to move away from Quick file and our payroll provider (Payfit) and move to xero ultimate package to cover all of these functions.
I have generally been happy with your service and Payfit however the saving is too great to ignore at this point.
I would like to discuss if possible with someone this in more details to see if there is anything that can be done to keep quick file and Payfit competitive (they are already on the case to reduce our fees)

Unfortunately I had no other way to raise this (this could be some useful feedback to have a separate support system for this type of enquiry)
Yes I understand this monthly we are currently paying separately to a provider for payroll (they need to come down significantly and I certainly wouldn’t expect quick file to come down as much as I expect them to)
However with the additional charge we have had applied for data this year then with bank feeds fee and the annual fee then with pay fits monthly charge it is coming in substantially more for our payroll and accounting than xero.
So it was just to see if there was anything that you guys could do in order to help and then its just waiting on Payfit to come back with their new monthly offer and hopefully when all worked you both come in a the same price/cheaper than if we move everything over to xero
