Hi,

Can you please quote me your pricing plans for a UK based company consisting of 50-100 Employees. Do you also charge an additional unit fee for Active Worker, if yes then how much? Moreover, I want to migrate from Quickbooks to Quickfile can i import my data overhere in Quickfile.

QuickFile is free to store accounting data up to the first 1000 nominal postings in a rolling 12 month period then requires a power user subscription (£60 +vat per year) after that.

MTD IT Self Assessment (submitting quarterly returns) is a power user feature and requires a power user subscription. - Power User Subscription

  • How much is the cost per nominal entry?
  • How easy will it be to migrate from Quickbooks Online?
  • Your referral schemes, if i refer to my friends and families operatring businesses.

There is no cost per nominal entry

if you have below 1000 nominal postings in the last rolling 12 months the account remains free (excluding Power User Features)

When you pass this threshold a power user subscription (currently £60+vat per year) is required.

  • How easy will it be to migrate from Quickbooks Online?
