I have gone over the 1000 nominal transactions in 1 year as we sold a property and it got busy, I dont expect next year to be the same so if I dont renew next year will my account revert to free?

The subscription is based on the number of nominal ledger entries created within the last 12 months. So if at the point of renewal your ledger count is lower than 1,000, renewing is optional.
You can still purchase the subscription if you wish (and we’ll remind you when it’s due to expire, too). It does come with additional features which some users like to take advantage of, even as a smaller account.
