Have you tried printing from browser or from excel export?
not sure what you mean, i press aged creditors and it shows a grid on screen without any overall footer totals for all accounts, i was hoping it might have a total outstanding column as i like to check against my purchase control account that they square as well as knowing at a glance what is outstanding in total in each payment period…
the only export option is an immediate csv download.
thanks

hi, sorry to ask, is the only way to achieve a total by downloading each set of 50 clients on the screen preview and paste them into a spread sheet and add my own totals?
i would have half expected a report in pdf with totals at footer pre aged?
just want to know im not missing something in the system…
thanks
scott
Are you looking at Purchases> View Suppliers ? or under Reports>Creditors Aging report or Reports>all reports Other Reports >Debtor / Creditor Report
sorry, its downloading all the accounts on the adged debtors and creditors, due to going round in circles im even confusing myself…
i thought it was just the first 50 (but that was because i was also looking at the advanced supplier balances), do you just have to add your own autosum totals to it then, its been a long 4 days…
in a nutshell the problem is prepayments, these arent on the aged reports so when trying to quickly reconcile that everything was imported ok and in correct periods i needed an aged report, without prepayments being on it, it didn’t square so i then found a way to get a list of these from the client/supplier advanced report, but that created a problem as it only downloads in 50 records on a sheet and also includes accounts with zero balances.
i good feature addition would be to exclude accounts with zero balances from the supplier and client mail balances view, i will suggest this.
thanks

Hello @magnacom
On the Debtor / Creditor Report, although it isn’t shown on screen, you are able to export the report to a .csv file, which will show you all the prepayments on account at that date, including the dates and the full amount (e.g. where a payment was only partly used to pay an invoice).
Although this isn’t grouped by client/supply, as it’s a .csv file, it is compatible with software such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, so you can amend it to suit your needs.
