Hi I have just paid subscription to bank feed so that I can connect to Bank of Scotland Business account. When I try to connect the following error message appears in my browser.
# Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Any Suggestions please?
Do you know which website you are seeing this error on? Is it the QuickFile website or the Bank of Scotland website?
Feel free to upload a screenshot, just make sure than any sensitive information has been removed.
Thanks Sian, Problem resolved now. I shut down my computer and restarted and it worked Ok.
