I did search on posts about NatWest before posting this but found nothing.
I usually upload my NatWest bank account statement into Quickfile in CSV format and it usually works well. I tried it today and it failed to import the CSV file contents. I looked at the CSV file as a text file, and noticed that statement lines containing account to account transfers were missing the bank code ‘TFR’ showing that those lines were transfers. That column was just showing just showed ,. I replaced all the , with ,TFR, in my latest CSV file and it then imported correctly.
I looked back at previous CSVs which had all imported successfully, and they too had , where ,TFR, should have been, which leads me to think that the issue is with Quickfile itself, in the way it now handles these lines, and must be very recent. Anyone else had similar problems?
