Problem with a DD refund

Hi,

In my bank account, I have found two DD refunds. Unfortunately, both refunds are listed as “DD REFUND REFERENCE:” [blank]. I have no idea who these are from. Shall I just assign them to Misc. income?

Yes they do. But only as “DD REFUND REFERENCE:” [blank].

You would have thought the bank software would hav caught the blank entry. These must have been partial refunds as I cannot find their values in any of my accounts.

They could not help. Could not identify the owner of the originating account. I tagged the two refunds as misc. income. Accounts balanced.
