Problem with Email my receipts

Account Number 2870

I am trying to email my receipts from my email address, * removed * (please censor) however I keep getting

There’s a problem with one or more of your emails

The highlighted emails have already been linked to another account.

I have another quickfile account ending in 1260. The email does not appear to be linked to that account.

Can you help?

Hi @Cashman100,

We found that the email address was linked to a deleted account. We have removed it from that account so you should be able to add it to your new one now.
