For more than the last half hour I have been unable to print purchase orders. Instead, a multi-page PDF is created which is advertising Quickfile’s many features. Has something gone seriously wrong with your system. This leaves us high and dry at a very bad moment.

Please accept my apologies. There was an update that went live yesterday which caused a small issue affecting only the Purchase Order PDF generation. This has now been resolved.

May I be a pest in asking why QF expects its users to be familiar with CSS? Few of the users of this excellent software are expert accountants and, I suspect, fewer may be expert in, or familiar with, CSS. It would be great to have a straightforward way (for us who lack the necessary skills or fear messing things up) to add, remove and modify documents - which does not require what to us is an otherwise irrelevant skill.

CSS allows a much greater range of flexibility with the designs than fixed templates.
