Good morning, I’m having problems refreshing my Barclays bank feed this morning. It says No Connectivity and when I click to reconfirm it says ‘Authorisation is missing to complete this request’. I recently changed the email address I use to log in, but I have tried changing it back again but this hasn’t made a difference. I have tried two different browsers. Any suggestions or advice on this?

I had a look at the account linked to your email.
The feed is currently showing as Expired.
I would reccomend going to Banking > Open banking feeds and clicking “Reconfirm Access”, follow the process to log in and re authorise the account.
If you are still having issues with the feed, click Revoke in Banking > Open banking feeds and set up the feed again so a fresh authorisation is granted
It is also worth noting the some browser extensions can cause issues with the connection process and it may also be worth trying an alternative web browser (or even your phones web browser).
Thank you Steve. The reconfirm access didn’t work, so I followed your advice and revoked access then set it up again, which did work. Also the tip about using a phone was a good one as the connection to mobile banking was easier. All sorted, thank you
