The Monzo bank feed expired a couple of days ago and we have been trying to renew the feed every day since. The verification is approved in the Monzo account but, it doesn’t come back to Quickfile. We have now tried deleting the existing feed and starting a new one but, now Monzo has come up with an error message to contact Quickfile support. Can you please help?

At what point in the process are you getting the error?
It may be worth trying a different browser or you could also try connecting it using a different pc or your phones browser in case something is interfering with it.
