I have set up PayPal feed for our merchant account.
According to our Paypal account, there are three transactions. A “Goodwill” payment from Paypal and two purchases.
None of these transactions are visible in QF.
Any suggestions?

Were the items visible in your PayPal account before you set up the feed?
The feed itself runs in the early hours of each morning and pulls in transactions from the previous day. It doesn’t pick up older transactions that were created before the feed however.

You are quite correct. The missing transactions were dated before I created the feed. Today, I can see yesterday’s transactions.
