I’m playing with the excellent new projects reporting feature. The balance for Money In seemed high, double what I expected in fact and when I selected “Show tagged items” and “Outstanding sales invoices”:
It shows two invoices where it should show one and they have the same invoice number:

I think it’s factoring it in twice as you have two identical tags on the invoice.
Not sure how it was possible to add two identical tags? I think this is the issue here and I’ve requested this to be looked at.
In the mean time I’ve removed the duplicate tag and the figures now look correct.

OK I managed to do the same thing using the bulk tag option. We’ll get a fix implemented today.

Thanks for the prompt response and the double tagging makes sense. I do remember using the bulk tagging tool to tag this setting the replace existing tags option from memory.
