Public Profile Showing as Hidden in Incognito Mode — Need Help

Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my profile visibility.

Even though I haven’t enabled the “Hide my public profile” option, my profile still appears as hidden when I view it in Incognito mode or when logged out. The message says:
“This user’s public profile is hidden.”

Inside my account, everything looks normal and the visibility option is unchecked.

Could someone please guide me on why this is happening?

My questions are:

  1. Is this a default behaviour for new or inactive accounts?

  2. Do I need a certain trust level before my profile becomes public?

  3. Is there any setting I might be missing?

Any help or clarification would be appreciated.
