Stupid Questions but when posting Purchase Invoices to the system does it matter if you do them in date order or not?

No, you can set the date to anything you like - the QFnnnn number sequence won’t match the date sequence but that doesn’t matter. I have several suppliers who invoice me a week or so into the month but date their invoices on the last day of the previous month, so I’ve often entered other purchases before I even receive their invoices.
