Just a quick question, I always enter a purchase reference on an estimate, when a client agrees the estimate in the client area, they can enter a purchase ref if required however if the don’t enter a reference then the one I created gets stripped out? I then have to go back into the estimate to re-enter the reference, hope this makes sense?
would it be possible to have the ref remain unless it is overridden by the client when agreeing the estimate?
As you’ve already entered a purchase reference, I think it makes sense to pre-populate this on the client side when they accept the estimate. What do you think?
