Hello @landsmannarie
What detail are you wanting to include?
If it is a list of your purchase invoices including vat breakdowns you could do the below.
Thanks for your reply excellent answers
Thanks again,
so no permanent solution and also for the export you can’t get with the vat amount need to fixed manually in Excel
Thanks for reply
You should get the VAT amount column in the export if you have enabled it in the view as described above.
But personally I find the simplest way to get a full breakdown is to look at the relevant VAT return (either a past one you have already submitted, or prepare - but don’t submit - one for the current quarter) and click the “export” button. This will give you a CSV showing exactly which sales and reverse-charges make up boxes 1 & 6 and which purchases make up 4 & 7.
thanks but after i follow his instruction, i can see in display the vat, however after download i can’t see the VAT in Excel
I’m currently unable to get a CSV from clicking the export button but only a text file. Used to work fine. Any ideas?
Hello @phoiled
Are you using Safari, if so this may help the below thread from the forum may help.
Hi,
another questions, i received my salary in Euro, can Quickfile handle also foreign currencies
Someone mentioned a similar thing a few days ago - a CSV is a text file, so if you save the file with a name that ends .csv
you should be able to open it in Excel as normal. If that doesn’t work then the “import” option within excel should let you open it that way regardless of the file name extension.
Many thanks for this. Yes, am on Safari and the workaround works though strange it used to work seamlessly.
