My account has exceeded 1000 ledger entries so I have purchased a subscription.
I was wondering:-
Do I get a VAT receipt from Quickfile for my purchase?
And
What is Quickfiles VAT number? so that I can register it against the puchase.

" To obtain a VAT invoice for your purchase please log into your account and follow the steps below:
From the dashboard go into Account Settings >> All Settings you will see the following option:
Quickfile Billing
In here you will have a record of any payments made to QuickFile, with a link to the VAT receipt."

Thank you for your reply. I did search on google. must have entered the wrong search terms…
I did however find the answer by going to quickfile’s website and getting the VAT number from there and searching through the different options on the control panel to then find the receipt.
Would be easier though, if along with the world pay receipt, they attached a purchase receipt rather than needing to figure it our for ourselves.

Although the invoice isn’t attached to the emails we send you, the confirmation email from QuickFile does include directions on locating it within your account.

I have just seen the email.
For some reason, the email went to my spam folder and have only just seen that a confirmation was sent.
