Query about Accounting

We’ve company in India as Private limited company and one in UK as Limited company.
Can our Indian company raise a invoice to our UK company for IT related services, like support or any service? Both company have same directors and shareholders.

Problem is that we like to trade with customers as UK company but work and team is based in India where we’ve to pay them salaries too. Having entity in India would make it ease for us to do contracting and more.

Does it gonna make any legal problems or any kind of tax problems?
