Has something changed with the quick search feature, something isn’t working like it was 6 months ago.
The search feature for us has always been ropey for us, for example if we was to search for a Joe Bloggs, i may have to type Bloggs, as typing Joe would doing nothing, but recently its even worse to the point where i could type Joe Bloggs in full and nothing comes up, then i would have to use the company name instead, but if Joe Bloggs has a company called “Joe Bloggs Service Ltd”, i would have to write Joe Bloggs Service before it will show, like it doesnt show until i complete the final letter “E” for service.
Furthermore, when you hover over a name, its selects it…then you have to delete and retype.
Is there a way to revert our account to its original configuration as it creates unnecessary hurdles.
