I have 3 company accounts with you guys and all are having the same issue of “not searching client” unless full clients name is written. For example clients name is “Stow brothers” unless i type the full client name in the QUICK SEARCH it wont search or give suggestion.
If this cannot be solved then i will be looking at cancelling all my accounts. Kindly advise .

Unfortunately, the Quick Search box only works with exact matches. So in this case, you would have to use the full name.
However, if you go into view clients, you can use the search feature there which will match with partial names.
