Hi, we are unable to login to any of our Affinity clients. We can login to the Affinity account but when we click on “Login” button next to any of the clients listed it changes to “Riderection” and we are being redirected to client login page where system ask us for client login credentials. Could you help us please.

Hi Guys,
Having issues logging in to affinity not allowing login from client list, only accessing via jump to links.
Any security changes afoot that we don’t know about ?

I have merged these topics as they are related.
We are currently investigating an issue related to the login buttons.
As a workaround in the short term please use the via jump to links on the clients account page.
The issue should now be resolved.
If the issue is still occurring can you please log off and back on to refresh your browser.
