In recent events on the dashboard when some people log in it says there name and others it says quick file Bot. what does the mean quick file Bot

so basically the person who should open invoice there name should appear ie if i sent to you it would say glen but system checking would say quik file bot
That would be correct. Quick File Bot will usually appear when things are created from an overnight feed our automatically tagged.
