We have an affinity account with you with a number of clients attached. Can you please confirm how the billing works as we have invoiced clients with the L and XL accounts however some have made us aware that they pay for their own accounts but we do as well. Obviously the clients should only need to pay their subscription once. Can you please confirm this for me.

Affinity billing is explained here: Billing Explained
With regards to your clients paying, if they are linked to your affinity then they do not require a Power user subscription but they may be paying for this annual subscription due to the added features that come with it. The Power User subscription is optional so it is up to your clients whether they chose to pay for it or not. It does not affect how much you are paying via Affinity for the link.
