Quickfile inbox where are the "Client emails" shown?

I receive emails to registered email address when “Client Email Received”. Where are these emails stored on Quickfile dashboard?

Emails sent to you aren’t stored on the dashboard, any emails that a client replies to are forwarded to your email address

If i want to reply to then have to edit the email to replace QF email address with clients?
