Quickfile - starling out of sync again

Hi

i have previously got in contact about a clients starling bank feeding through on complete wrong dates. it is doing it again on another client. the one i first mentioned to yourselves seems to be ok now. so there must be a glitch somewere in your system. it has taken me days to sort the bank out and am only up untill november 2021. the dates were well out some by 3 days.

can you please look into this and prevent it from happening, clients account number is Account: 6131548808

For card payment transactions the entry appears in QuickFile on the settlement date, not the original transaction date. As it says in the KB article on the Starling feed:
