QuickFile to BrightPay 2026/2027 API issue

Hi, I use the API from Quick file to Bright Pay for the year 2025/2026 to post my weekly Payroll journals without any issue.

However, trying to do it from the 2026/2027 version of Bright Pay I’m getting the following error

i’ve tried resetting the token. This is not working yesterday or this morning. This is my first pay for this financial year so I’m guessing it relates to this year‘s version of Bright Pay. Not sure if the issue is with the API or Bright Pay

This sounds like a BrightPay issue - nothing has changed with the API on our end.

Have you reached out to BrightPay? If not, it’s worth doing that to see what they say initially.
