RBS Bank Feeds Doubling up but only on limited transactions?

Hi

Has anyone else noticed bank feeds doubling up on transactions but not all transactions just some? Seems to be happening with RBS bank feeds?

There was an issue with this on 19/04/24 but it was resolved all transactions after the 20th should import ok.

You can delete any other duplicates from the banking screen.

We’ve identified a change to the way NatWest present transactions in their data feed. We’ve just now deployed a fix which should address the issue of duplicates going forward. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would advise you to delete any duplicates you may have. We’ll leave this thread open for a week or so just to make sure everything is as it should be.
