Receipt Hub - Create New Purchase Not Working?

Creating New Purchases via Receipt Hub

The green “Create New Purchase” button is not appearing after I put in the total amount payable - only the list of previous entries for the same amount.

Has something changed since yesterday?

Nothing has changed here recently.

What browser are you using?

Chrome - I’ll reload everything and see if this helps.

Still no joy - have restarted computer and Chrome. Works fine with Firefox and Safari.

I think some people have reported ad blockers causing issues with this before, you may need to disable the blocker for your QuickFile site.

Admission: Stupidity on my part. I had created a temporary user id for a VAT inspector which prevented him making any changes - I had forgotten to change the login details when I next used the system. All good now!
