Previously I have always been able to zoom the receipt window to read small text but I have changed computers and now the zoom button is gone. Is the function gone now or is it a setting that I have changed?

Hi Beth. I am using Chrome but I noticed someone else had a similar problem which was gone in Edge. This leads me to my next problem.
When I log in to the community, my password is not recognised so I have to reset it but then Chrome changes it for the main program too so when I log in to Quickfile, Chrome has changed the password but Quickfile hasn’t and I can’t remember the original password so I have to reset it again.
Getting back to the original problem, I haven’t tried Edge yet because then I would lose my login to this forum.
Do you think it is a Chrome thing?.

Its potentially a plug in chrome thing, you may need to check you’re on the latest versions etc.
With regards to your passwords, it may be linking the password to your email address rather than the website, so it may be worth you trying to use your username for the forum so that the password saves against that and won’t affect your QuickFile password.

I tried using edge and it has the same problem, no zoom function but then I dusted off an old PC and it all works as normal. It must be linked to the HP laptop in some way.
Any thoughts?.

Unfortunately this is a browser/pdf plug in issue so not something that we can really help with but if you’re happy to share a screenshot of the isse we may be able to offer some ideas?
