Since the latest update to IOS14 on the Quickfile app there is a problem scanning receipts. They scan to the receipt hub ok, but the ‘processing’ icon continues and the only way forward is to close the app and start again.
We’ve managed to replicate this and our development team will investigate this.

Thanks for the quick response Matthew. A lot of developers have had app issues with IOS 14.
Just to let you know that we have fixed this issue. A new release is currently pending with Apple for the App Store.
