This morning, I entered a receipt using the mobile app and taking a photo a photo of it. I didn’t tag it. It isn’t showing up on the app or online. I wonder if you can advise me why this is? Many thanks,

If you log into the browser version of QuickFile do you see anything in your receipts hub?
Yes, previous receipts are there
It may be that you didn’t save it, but if you go back into the app, it may still be there waiting.
If you tap the cross in the bottom right hand corner and select new receipt:
You should hopefully see the photo waiting for you:
