Receipts hub not Syncing with dropbox

Hi

I’m trying to sync dropbox with the receipts hub, I have set everything up. I can take a picture of receipt in camscan, upload to dropbox but it doesn’t come across despite also linking dropbox with quickfile. Any ideas of how to fix this ?

I have dropbox synced to only quickfile account but can I have multiple quickfile accounts synced with dropbox ?

Hi Paul,

Are you putting your files in the Quick File Receipts folder? They should sync within a few minutes (typically no longer than 5 minutes).
