The receipts that I am droping in ‘Quick File Receipts’ in drop box are staying in that folder, and not getting auto imported into the receipt hub.
The were going through fine yesterday. Is there something I need to do to get them active again?
There was a small issue that was identified recently. This was resolved and is now back working all OK.
They should be picked up shortly, but please don’t hesitate to get back in touch should this not be the case.
