Receipts not downloading from Dropbox

I have been uploading my receipts to dropbox and they were auto downloading into my receipt hub, But they have now stopped downloading to the receipt hub.

I have followed the steps recommended to fix this and it is still not working.

Please advise

I am having the same issue over the last two days, please advise what i should do.

Just to confirm -

  • all the files you’ve uploaded are showing on dropbox.com in the correct folder (Apps\Quick File Receipts, with an option account specific folder)
  • they all meet the requirements (under 5MB and supported file type), and,
  • if you manually poll your account, nothing is being pulled in?
