I’m trying to download receipts from the year 2022 for my end-of-the-year accounts and they are not visible in Document Manager,
How can I make them visible so that I can batch-download them and pass them to my accountant?

The receipts are listed by upload date.
I can see on one of the downloads you have done there are some 2022 receipts listed.
If you uploaded receipts for 2022 in 2023 they should all be included in the download for 2023.

I got worried.
But more generally would the accountant be amenable to the idea of you setting them up with a login on your QuickFile account? That way they could look up the exact receipts that they need to check linked straight from the relevant purchase record, rather than having to manually trawl through a pile of unsorted images and PDFs…
I did set an account access for them,
