I haven’t ever had a problem before with this, but I have just discovered that only a handful of my receipts from the last few months have landed in the receipt hub. There seems to be a problem from late August 2025 onwards. I am a sole trader and only get to my book keeping once or twice a year, so I have only just seen this. I would appreciate your help. Any incoming emails are only stored for a short period, so we wouldn’t be able to go back as far as August to check, unfortunately.
Have you experienced this issue more recently?
