Receipts showing in iPhone app as pending but not appearing in receipt hub

I have used the iPhone app to photo receipts etc for over a year now and it has worked fine. Today I photo’d a number of receipts as normal. All are showing in the app as pending. However, for some reason none are showing when I log into the QF software on my laptop. HELP please as I need to process receipts this way.

Please accept our apologies - we’ve recently made a small update which prevented these from being processed.

Are you able to re-send them and let me know if that works for you now please?

When you say “re-send” re you asking me to photograph again? Or can I do something to send them from my phone app…?

I have redone them all. It now is working. Thanks
