hello, im trying to sign in to quickfile after a few months. i type email in and then get asked to check my inbox but i dont receive the email and so cant go any further

yes i have checked spam folder and i signed up to this forum with same email and received all ok

I’ve looked up the email address you used on the forum and I can see there was a block on the address as it previously bounced back.
I’ve removed this block and re-requested the email for you. This should be with you shortly.
