I was wondering if you point to a recommend CRM that works well with QF,
Something that would also link facebook, instag, twitter, mailchimp, merchant services etc.
the overview would be viewed as where the invoices were tagged to as project, the project view etc
Also will you be adding other API to QF
There aren’t any particular CRMs that I can recommend over any others, but a good place to take a look may be Zapier. This would allow you to connect several pieces of software together (including QuickFile) and hopefully come up with a workable solution for you.
If you already have a CRM in place, you may be able to extend this to support more of QuickFile’s features through some custom development. If you’re a coder, we’re happy to take a look at code to see if we can help you achieve what you’re looking to do. If you don’t have any coding experience, a developer may very well be able to help you get on the right track, although this may not be a suitable route, depending on budget etc.
We currently only support the XML and JSON API, although the JSON one is still relatively new. JSON is pretty universal and used by many applications, but we’re always open to suggestions.
