Reconciliation major issue

Hi, We are having a major issue where nothing is reconcilling all of a sudden. We havnt changed any of the settings but the bank account isnt reconciling. Neither are the invoices sent. This is clearly causing major problems as we cannot tell how much we are owed or when invoices are due/overdue. We also cannot see what money is in the account unless we login into the bank. Can you please help us with this. Best wishes

When you say the bank account is not reconciling, do you mean the balances aren’t matching your actual statements?

I had a look at the bank section in your account and nothing looks out of the ordinary, although obviously I don’t know how this compares to your actual statements?

I also see a few invoices outstanding both receivable and payable.

Some more information would help here, i.e. are you seeing any error messages?
