I can recover and view deleted invoices and purchases; please could you consider extending this to deleted bank transactions, too? I can’t even see on the audit trail that they’ve been deleted, which is quite surprising.
I found this old thread from 2014 that said at that point we couldn’t view or recover these. I can’t find a way to do it now, so I don’t think it’s changed since, so I’m putting this in as a feature request.
Can I recover or view transactions deleted from our bank account?
The transactions were errantly marked as transfers from bank account 1 to bank account 2 instead of bank account 3. I detagged them in bank account 2 and then deleted them from bank account 2, expecting the other half of the transaction to then show as untagged in bank account 1, but they’d disappeared from bank account 1.
Please could you also consider putting in a warning when deleting transactions like this that it will delete the transaction from the other bank account at the same time?
