Recurring Invoices Not showing - please help!

Hello,
I have set up recurring invoices, they had been set up for manual. Today is the day they should have been created, but they are not showing in Invoice Management. I took off manual and enabled auto send. but they are not being created? How long do i wait? will they never be generated because the date has past? can i refresh so they are instantly generated?

I do not want to send them by email or snail mail. Am I right in thinking that by leaving the tick boxes unchecked in the recurring template will mean the invoice WILL be generated and show in the invoice management dashboard? Nothing else will happen.

They will get there at some point today but there is always a bigger backlog on the first of the month compared to any other day.

SEND BY email and snail mail Tick Boxes
I have left both Blank
is this OK?

Yes if they are not ticked then they won’t be sent :slight_smile:

Thanks Beth, I have also noticed that my first recurring invoice template that has just created an invoice has now disappeared from the recurring invoices dashboard? does it come back, where has it gone?

OK when the invoice is paid in full the recurring invoice reappears at the bottom of the recurring invoice dashboard ready for the next month
