Recurring Schedules

I have a number of recurring schedules for journals and purchases. I find the interface totally baffling and I want to do away with them all. Please can you explaim, step by step how ro delete recurring schedules without deleting the otiginal item?

I have outlined the process for removing the recurring profiles below

Journals

You can view journals via the Reports > Journals screen.

Recurring journals have a calendar next to them.

Click View to open the journal then edit at the top to view the recurring profile

You can then click delete profile to remove any future occurrences.

Purchases

This is a similar process.

Click Purchases > Recuring Purchases then click on a purchase.

Click Options > Update recurring schedule

You can then click delete profile to remove any future occurrences.
