Referral Link not worked

Hi - I used a referral link for quickfile. I have used the application for a few days and would like to buy the power user sub. However I believe £60 plus VAT is before discount.
the link I used was this but it doesn’t appear to have given me 10%

Hi @JANET1

Unfortunately, we’re not able to retrospectively add a referral on to the account, it would need to be recorded at the time of creating the account.

Any referral codes would be added automatically from the unique web address (like the one you provided), or by entering the unique code when you create the account.
