I don’t want to change them individually, or import from a CSV file but is it possible to re-format the auto invoice numbers in Quickfile?
i.e. instead of QF000178 I would want them all to start with HCC000179.
HCC has some relevance to me and my customers…Harefields Craft Cider. QF does not.

The purchase invoices are fixed to start with #QF unfortunately, but these are just internal references for recording them on QuickFile itself.
However, I just want to clarify if this is actually what you’re referring to, as you also mention being relevant to your customers?
