Refresh bank feed not working

All of a sudden Quickfile has stopped importing the bank feed. My Banks are synced ok and I have refreshed the sync for another 90 days but still when I refresh the data does not update after 11th February. All transactions since then are not being populated across.

The fix in these situations is almost always to disconnect the feed and then set it up again from scratch.

In addition to Ian, when refreshing the bank feed inside your bank account, make sure you have set the date back to the 11th Feb. After clicking refresh feed, a little popup window opens. At the top you can set a date. That’s overseen very often.
Also make sure you choose the right bank account from your bank and connect it to the right bank account in quickfile.
